Aric Martin will present at the
West Virginia Health Care Association Annual Convention and Trade Show on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 3:00 to 4:15 pm.
Aric will conduct a session entitled
Practical Strategies for Compliance Programs.
In November 2019, surveyors will begin reviewing and enforcing Phase 3 of the new Requirements of Participation related to compliance and ethics programs.
Aric will identify the requisite elements of a compliance program that will meet survey requirements, outline the skills and responsibilities of an effective compliance officer, and review practical strategies, preventative compliance, and risk mitigation.
