ROP Phase 3 Guidance Packet Available Now!

CMS has released long-awaited Guidance for the Phase 3 Requirements of Participation (ROP) for nursing facilities and at the same time issued revised Guidance on a number of other regulatory tags. State surveyors are set to begin surveying on the new Guidance on October 24, 2022.
