OHCA: Certified Executive for Assisted Living - Spring

Jacqueline Anderson will be speaking at the OHCA: Certified Executive for Assisted Living on February 24, 2022.

Ms. Anderson will present two sessions entitled "Personnel Requirements to Help Ensure a Quality Assisted Living Team" and "The Importance of Compliance + Risk in Creating a Positive Resident Experience."

Ms. Anderson will be discussing the human resources and legal/risk components for the certification program for Ohio Assisted Living Administrators.
