Margaret Chamberlain has joined the firm as a Partner.
Like the rest of the ROLF team, Margaret has dedicated her legal practice to the representation of long-term care, senior living and post-acute providers. She blends over 19 years of legal experience with the clinical perspective of a social worker who provided services in several skilled nursing facilities. At ROLF, Margaret continues her regulatory and compliance practice – now with the support and resources of a full long-term care team.

Margaret is licensed to practice law in Michigan and the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Michigan. Margaret is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Health Care Law Section, LeadingAge Michigan, and the Legal and Legislative Committees of the Health Care Association of Michigan. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Peer Review Organization. Margaret earned her J.D.,
cum laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.
